Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping Policy
After your order has been made your order will be shipped with your selected shipping method (standard, economy, expedited, etc.). Some Packages may ship separately depending on where we manufactured the product in. Not all products are manufactured in the same place and each fulfillment is printed to order (POD). Tracking numbers for each item will be emailed to you and arrival of your item will then depend on selected shipping method. Please note that length of shipping time can be shorter or longer depending on Holiday seasons, Weather, or National Emergencies that impact all mail couriers.

Refund Policy
RETURNS:
We do not offer returns on items unless specified. We can assist with store credit or discounts. Sales are final due to our drop shipping model. Every item is custom-made and shipped from partners.
REFUNDS:
We strive to ensure you have the best experience possible. If any issues arise due to our error, we will fully compensate. Refunds or Complimentary Replacements will be given for defects or mistakes caused by Sovereign Lord. Any customer-caused issues will be addressed with care and support. Refunds or replacements for customer-caused issues will not be honored. To qualify for a refund, images of defects or problems along with your order confirmation number are required. No returns or refunds are permitted for Digital Downloads, as each one is a final sale.
To start a refund, you can contact us at help@lordoflords.shop If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund confirmation email and follow up shortly, as well as instructions on how and where your refund will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards and Last Call Sales
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on last call sale items or gift cards.
Caution
To guarantee receipt of your desired items, carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase. Our business operates on a Print on Demand model, ensuring personalized production once your order is placed. We strive to assist in securing the correct items for you.
Fraud
If fraud occurs, promptly email us. We can provide necessary information to police and help you as you form your report. Please seek for your bank's assistance. While we don't manage fraud directly, we're prepared to aid in providing you with any information in regards to fraudulent activity to help your bank and authorities solve the issue.
Other Refund Information
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
